This Fourth of July, many Americans are celebrating the 245th anniversary of their Independence Day.
July 4th, 1776 was the day in history 245 years ago when the Declaration of Independence was passed by Continental Congress, thereby earning most Americans their freedom from British colonialism.
Independence Day is a source of pride and patriotism for many Americans and indeed, a reason to celebrate, especially given the harsh circumstances we are emerging from. Finding reasons to feel joy in dark times is vital to human existence.
So it’s time to brainstorm some Fourth of July activities to bring us back together, to celebrate together once again! Here is our list of the best family-friendly events happening in the Central Florida area this holiday weekend.
